Napoleonics Battle

The battlefield at the start of the game.

The battlefield at the start of the game.

The battlefield at the start of the game.

The battlefield at the start of the game.

The battlefield at the start of the game. My Austrian Hussars look ready for parade in Blue.

The vile frogs, French command. From the left Sean Pitts (blue shirt), Bill Hamilton (white shirt), and Larry Reeves (maroon Shirt)

Jim Pitts, Austrian Right Commander, eyes the French left move.

The Austrians move out to battle for Honor and Glory, sadly there would be no victory today in either battle but plenty of Honor and Glory.

My swallows, Ulans with yellow trim, at the end of their death ride. They had charged and pursued the French then managed to escape the French reprisal. They started with 4 stands and now have 1.

Setup for second game, my Red Devils,Ulans trimmed in red, follow my Blues Hussars.

The Hussars chase the object of the game, First side to gain 12 of the enemy's flags through capture of the 2 central hills or eliminated units wins.

My 2 Ulans ride side by side.

The Todeswald (death woods) where many a unit both friend and foe met their end
